Automated packaging line based on UM-24 packing machine is ideally suited for medium/high speed applications for pillow packs and flat bottom pouches.

Packing machine description
-Bagging equipment consists of UM-24 vertical bagger, incline conveyor belt, triple linear weigher and discharge conveyor to move finished pouches away from the packing machinery.
-Feeding conveyor equipped with vibrating channel and a gate valve to control the product output
-One operator is sufficient for servicing the entire installation
-Epoxy painted steel frame structure
-Friction drive film transport belts, Simple and fast changeover. Driven by inverter
-Pneumatically-operated, intermittent motion horizontal seal jaws
-Encoder for bag length control (alternative to the photocell for central printing)
-Counter for finished products
-Discharge conveyor to transfer finished bags on workbenches
